About Savoury Consulting

Savoury Consulting was established to provide practical, senior‑level consulting services grounded in real‑world experience across government and community sectors.

Approach

Savoury Consulting's philosophy is built on the belief that sustainable solutions emerge from collaboration and understanding organizations, acquired from his work experience in government from the front-line to  the C-Suite and over a decade delivering on major projects with Savoury Consulting. Every engagement begins with listening  and understanding the client's context, purpose, values, culture, constraints, and aspirations before reaching agreement on a path forward.

Savoury Consulting's approach is:

  • Evidence-based: Recommendations are grounded in research, data, equity, inclusion and proven methodologies.

  • Collaborative: The work is done as partners, building internal capacity and creating alignment of purpose and values so that improvements endure long after the engagement ends.

  • Culturally responsive: Respect for culture, traditions, and governance structures of the communities served.

  • Results-oriented: A strong focus on practical, implementable solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
